A Paraguayan court has ordered the freezing of bank accounts and digital assets belonging to four of the thirteen defendants in Operation Icarus, an investigation into the largest virtual fraud scheme ever recorded in the country, causing a loss of G. 9.015 billion against a telecommunications company. The group's leader, 18-year-old Alex Junior Silva Báez, is among those whose accounts on the Binance platform have been blocked.
