Emerging singer Elias Glz has released his new album, titled 'Black Side', now available on digital platforms. The project, which consolidates his sonic identity and artistic vision, arrives after the singles 'Julio Enciso', 'Aguara' and 'Dukati'. In 'Black Side', Glz blends attitude, street and musicality, maintaining the essence of trap but with a more personal and refined approach. The material features a collaboration with Alex Gargolas, a prominent figure in the genre, and production by the Uruguayan label Montevideo Music Group (MMG), which in recent years has expanded its presence in Paraguay, focusing on developing local urban talent.
Meanwhile, Spanish singer Amaia Montero, original vocalist of La Oreja de Van Gogh, broke her silence after the criticism received during her first return show with the band, held in Bilbao. In an Instagram post, Montero stated that she followed her plan of total disconnection from social media in the days following the concert. She reported that she rested, enjoyed the garden and slept, without looking at her phone. Upon reactivating the device, she found 'a flood of messages of affection, love and congratulations', but remained focused on rest. The artist said a friend called her worried, asking if she would leave the tour, to which she replied with a laugh and a 'no'. Montero reflected on the situation: 'Living safeguarding your own well-being, far from being naive, is the healthiest and most intelligent thing you can do, but the noise and lies of people who don't do that continue to exist. Unfortunately, it doesn't surprise me.' She said she was proud of the band and moved by the audience of 30,000 people in Bilbao, reaffirming: 'We're back, we're truly back.' Regarding her time away, she mentioned having 'descended into hell', but that it made her 'practically indestructible'. Montero ended by thanking Bilbao and Madrid, and declared: 'The show must go on.'
