On Tuesday, May 20, the Bicameral Hall of the National Congress in Asunción hosted the fifth edition of the 'Empresa in' seal awards, an initiative by the Saraki Foundation that recognizes companies committed to including people with disabilities. The event was held in observance of National Labor Inclusion Day.
Seventeen companies received 43 certification seals for actions in the areas of labor inclusion, accessibility, inclusive communication, community work, and strengthening a diverse and equitable organizational culture. Two organizations renewed the Inclusive Excellence certification — the program's highest distinction — and two others obtained it for the first time, consolidating themselves as national benchmarks in corporate inclusion.
The ceremony brought together more than 50 companies, along with representatives from organizations, embassies, partner institutions, and authorities involved in promoting the rights of people with disabilities. The Saraki Foundation highlighted that more and more organizations are incorporating inclusion as part of their institutional strategy, emphasizing that diverse spaces strengthen teams, stimulate innovation, and generate a positive impact on society.
