Lucas Alcides Giménez Vargas (30), a patient at the Psychiatric Hospital of Asunción, was detained on Tuesday on suspicion of stabbing Antonio Vera Escobar (49) to death on Saturday in the San Pablo neighborhood. The motive is believed to be a romantic dispute.
