The Senate Special Commission has forwarded a detailed report to the Federal Police outlining a fraud scheme that, for over a decade, defrauded 46 employees of the Hospital de Clínicas through the now-defunct Amuclin, using renegotiated and forged promissory notes to force lawsuits against the victims.
