The Gral. Bernardino Caballero Higher Technical Training Center, linked to the ANR Governing Board, has trained around 20,000 people since it was authorized by the MEC in 2003. With an investment of G. 452,967,600, the 16-classroom institution has been modernized and offers free courses, with no party affiliation required.
