The National Secretariat of Culture, the Paraguayan Institute of Crafts, the Pussineri Foundation and the Municipality of Piribebuy, with support from UNESCO, launched a mastery contest for the elaboration of the Poncho Para’i of 60 Stripes, an intangible cultural heritage of humanity. The in-person competition will be on May 20 at the Demetrio Ortiz Cultural Center in Piribebuy.
