Preparation begins by lining a 26 cm diameter pan with the dough and placing it in the freezer for at least 20 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the onion and sauté it in a skillet with vegetable spray. Add the ham and cook for another two minutes.
In a bowl, lightly beat the egg whites and mix with the yogurt and a pinch of nutmeg. Add the crumbled blue cheese. Place the ham and onion over the dough, cover with the cheese, yogurt, and egg mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
