Relatives of a 72-year-old man denounce alleged lack of care at the Institute of Social Provision (IPS), after the patient died while awaiting a catheterization procedure. The widow stated that the family had obtained all necessary requirements for the intervention, but alleges they were not attended to because they arrived outside of business hours.
The case, which occurred on an unspecified date, was reported by local media. So far, the IPS has not officially commented on the complaint. The family demands clarification and accountability for what happened.
