The Association of Christian Entrepreneurs (ADEC) has opened registration for the 2026 ADEC Awards, aimed at corporations, small businesses, and entrepreneurs throughout Paraguay. The application period, which began on April 9, ends on May 31, 2026, at no cost to participants.
ADEC President Jorge Figueredo Coronel highlighted that this year's edition seeks to reinforce the role of economic units as agents of social transformation. The evaluation committees will emphasize criteria such as socio-environmental sustainability, regulatory compliance, and value generation for stakeholders.
The award, with 31 years of history, has already distinguished 360 companies through audits and decisions by a jury composed of private sector references. The organization emphasizes that applying is not just a contest but an exercise in internal audit and strategic reflection to align business operations with a long-term institutional purpose.
The technical categories of the award are: Company of the Year, for firms with balanced and sustainable management; Triple Impact, focused on business models with economic, social, and environmental returns; Innovation, which highlights cutting-edge methodologies; Mipymes, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises undergoing modernization; and Young Entrepreneur, for emerging leaders with high management skills and risk-taking ability.
The technical evaluation and deliberation phases will take place between June and August, and the official awards ceremony is scheduled for November 12, 2026, at the facilities of the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP).
