Amid the celebrations of the 215th anniversary of Paraguay's independence, the historic center of Asunción became a meeting point for families, especially mothers and grandmothers, who took advantage of the holiday to experience the civic date in an atmosphere of joy and fellowship.
Visitors toured emblematic sites such as the Casa de la Independencia, the Pantheon of Heroes, and the Cabildo, and also took a mandatory walk along Palma Street. There, long tables were set up so that passersby could enjoy typical foods and drinks. In the squares in front of the Cabildo, food stalls complemented the artistic performances that enlivened the day.
The event was a special opportunity for mothers and grandmothers seeking a cultural and historical moment with their families. Among those present were Sophia Clampett, Fernando and Olivia Montiel; Mayra, Mario, Mara and Maite Miranda, accompanied by Tamara de Miranda; and Thiago, Alessia, Rosi, Agustín and Christian Teichroeb.
