Paola Hermann, known for her career as a model, television host, and now an ontological coach and owner of Paola Hermann Management, says her greatest influence has been as a mother. In an interview with Ultima Hora, she spoke about raising her two children, Luca, 32, and Carla, who recently turned 28, while balancing her professional life.
Hermann recalled often bringing her children to work, describing those moments as “beautiful and gratifying, but challenging at the same time.” She values conversations with them, “some uncomfortable but necessary,” and enjoys activities like going to the movies, exercising, traveling, and cooking for her children and her granddaughter Sophia, whom she calls her “little treasure.”
Carla has followed in her mother’s footsteps as a model and influencer, and the two now work together. “It fills me with love and passion that the legacy continues and transcends. Definitely, Carla is my favorite person,” Hermann said.
Hermann emphasized the values she instills: respect, honesty, empathy, love, and gratitude. “A complete model must be a model human being; that is the foundation I was taught at home and that I have taught my children,” she stated. She considers herself “very blessed to have them.”
