Paraguay's Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) released the official payment schedule for May salaries and social benefits, prepared by the General Directorate of the Public Treasury (DGTP), under the State Financial Management Office (GGFE) of the Deputy Ministry of Financial Administration (VAF).
Disbursements begin this Friday, May 22, with veterans, pensioners, and beneficiaries of the Older Adults Program. On Monday, May 25, retirees from the Fiscal Fund will receive payments. On Tuesday, May 26, administrative staff and health personnel from the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare will be paid.
On Wednesday, May 27, payments are allocated to the Public Forces, the Judiciary, and Governorates. On Thursday, May 28, employees of the Ministry of Education and National Universities will receive payments. On Friday, May 29, pending Personal Services will be settled.
The MEF reminds that payments depend on the timely submission of Resource Transfer Requests (STR) by State Bodies and Entities (OEE).
