MSPBS postpones release of job regularization exam scores after 3,910 complaints

The Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare (MSPBS) rescheduled the publication of the internal job regularization exam scores to June 2, 2026, after receiving 3,910 complaints about the scoring. Only 55% of the appeals have been analyzed so far.

The Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare (MSPBS), through the General Directorate of Human Resources, announced a change in the calendar of the Institutional Internal Competitive Examination for the Labor Regularization of Contracted Personnel performing white-collar functions, for Fiscal Year 2025.

The decision was motivated by the receipt of 3,910 complaints related to the scores assigned according to the evaluation matrix. To date, 55% of the appeals have been analyzed and verified.

The corrected list of scores, after analysis of the appeals, will be published on June 2, 2026. The release will occur by occupational group, following the order of merit and tie-breaking criteria established in the exam profiles.

The MSPBS informed that the remaining stages of the process will be disclosed along with future publications of the corresponding lists.
