The National System for Training and Labor Capacitation (Sinafocal), linked to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security, held a ceremony to deliver certificates to 78 people who completed vocational training courses in Asunción. Most beneficiaries are mothers and fathers seeking new sources of income.
During the ceremony, authorities from the ministry and Sinafocal highlighted that the initiative aims to provide concrete tools for labor market insertion and promote entrepreneurship in vulnerable sectors of the capital. The courses covered technical and service areas, focusing on quick job placement.
In addition to the certificates, graduates received kits with basic tools and supplies to start productive activities independently. Several participants expressed satisfaction with the free training and the materials received, considering them essential for improving family income.
Sinafocal announced that it will continue promoting similar programs in other regions of the country, prioritizing vulnerable social sectors and people seeking professional qualification to access better economic and labor opportunities.
