Paraguay's exchange houses posted a profit of G. 27,388 million (US$ 4.2 million) in the first quarter, down 18.1% from the same period in 2025. The guarani's appreciation against the dollar reduced the valuation margin by 35.7%, according to consultancy Mentu.
