The educational community of Colegio San Francisco de Asís, located in the center of Ypané, was one of the institutions invited to the student parade held in the neighboring city of Ñemby, as part of the patriotic celebrations.
The delegation consisted of 34 members of the marching band, 36 chiroleras, as well as flag-bearing students and teachers who accompanied the presentation. The group's main standard-bearer was student Milagros Pereira, who wore a cape placed over her shoulder, a symbol of leadership, responsibility, and the honor of guiding the group during the parade.
The attire of the chiroleras was inspired by the colors that represent the essence of the institution: brown and beige tones, chosen to convey elegance, tradition, and harmony. Every detail of the design was carefully crafted by teacher Edith Cristina Duarte de It, who opted for a fine and delicate proposal, highlighting the beauty of Paraguayan youth with subtlety and respect for traditions.
The school's presentation did not go unnoticed and quickly went viral on social media, where users highlighted the distinction of the attire and left comments such as: “You don’t need to show too much to be elegant and stand out in a parade.”
From the institution, they reported that the uniform represents much more than clothing, as it symbolizes discipline, culture, and love for the homeland, with the aim of honoring national traditions and raising the name of Colegio San Francisco de Asís de Ypané high.
