Mothers and students of Basic School No. 14946 Riacho González, in the La Paciencia indigenous community, district of Puerto Pinasco, Presidente Hayes Department, protest against the lack of school meal supply from the government program Hambre Cero. In a released video, the mothers call for urgent government intervention to ensure food for the children, who often depend on the school lunch as their main meal.

The community, located about 120 kilometers from the Pozo Colorado-Concepción highway, faces historical difficulties in accessing basic services, including lack of telephone signal. Since the beginning of the school year, there have been no meals, and so far they have received no concrete responses from the authorities responsible for the program, a flagship of President Santiago Peña's administration.

About 50 students, teachers, and mothers continue to await an immediate solution, while the situation directly affects the well-being and academic performance of the children. The families demand action from the Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Education and Sciences (MEC) to ensure compliance with the program at the institution.
