The National Directorate of Health Surveillance (Dinavisa) issued a health alert after detecting the unauthorized sale of products containing peptides and hormone analogs in the Paraguayan market. The substances are being distributed illegally, without any regulatory control, posing a direct threat to public health.
According to an official statement from the regulatory body, the affected products belong to the brands USA PEPTIDES, BIOGENESIS, SYNEDICA - ALLUVI HEALTHCARE, OXIGEN, and VELTRANE. None of these compounds have the mandatory health registration in Paraguay, and the manufacturing laboratories are not authorized by the Ministry of Public Health, as required by current legislation for production, distribution, and sale in the country.
Dinavisa warns that, because they have not undergone quality controls, these products may contain undeclared substances or incorrect concentrations, and there is no validated information on dosage, preparation, or proper usage. Consumption can cause severe adverse effects and put the user's life at risk.
Anyone using any of these products should stop using them immediately. To report illegal sales or counterfeiting, Dinavisa provides reporting channels on its institutional website.
