The Municipality of Cambyretá opened the new bridge on Adolfo Ariste Street, in the Espírito Santo neighborhood, this Tuesday, a project considered strategic for urban mobility and the safety of the local community. The ceremony was attended by Mayor Jaime Hinterleitner and the director of the Yacyretá Binational Entity (EBY), Luis Benítez, as well as community representatives.

The structure addresses a long-standing demand from residents, who faced access difficulties during rainy periods. The bridge will help optimize vehicle traffic and provide greater protection for pedestrians and drivers, reducing accident risks.

"Today is a very special day for Cambyretá with the delivery of this bridge, a project that represents development, connection, and a better quality of life for our people," Hinterleitner said during the event. He also highlighted the partnership with EBY, which made the project possible. "We appreciate the institutional commitment and the joint work with the municipality. When there is will and management, things happen," added the binational entity's team.

The project is part of a broader road improvement plan in the district, located in the Itapúa department. The municipality reaffirmed its commitment to continuing infrastructure projects that positively impact residents' quality of life.
