Alfredo Dionisio Benítez, 20, was caught red-handed during a preventive patrol on Sunday afternoon in downtown Encarnación, carrying a backpack containing 761 grams of marijuana. The drug was field-tested and the suspect, with no prior record, is at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
