Opposition councilors of J. Augusto Saldívar denounce the Comptroller General of the Republic, Camilo Benítez, and the Deputy Comptroller, Augusto Paiva, for unblocking royalties without payment of overdue allowances. They filed an impeachment request in the Chamber of Deputies, which summoned the authorities for explanations.
