A 38-year-old lawyer will face trial for allegedly installing a GPS device on his ex-wife's car and hidden cameras at her residence. Prosecutor Irma Llano warned that such actions represent dangerous control that can escalate to extreme violence, including femicides, and lamented the low penalties for digital privacy violation crimes.
