Residents say the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) only did minimal patching in the Gral. Díaz neighborhood, insufficient to solve the problem. The road, between kilometers 55 and 60 of Route PY02, poses a constant danger to drivers, motorcyclists, and transporters.
