The Feria Empresarial del Paraguay (FEPY) confirmed the Mujer 360° Summit annual Leadership and Well-Being meeting, which will be part of the official agenda of FEPY 2026, promoted by the Unión Industrial Paraguaya (UIP). The event will take place on June 4, starting at 6 p.m., at the Comité Olímpico Paraguayo, with free admission and limited spots, requiring prior registration.
The summit is aimed at women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking to strengthen professional growth skills, build networks, and care for personal well-being. “At FEPY we understand that today women have an increasingly active role in leadership, business, and decision-making spaces. Mujer 360° was created precisely to highlight these experiences, generate connections, and open necessary conversations within the business ecosystem,” said Lorena Méndez, Director of Public Relations at FEPY.
The event will be led by communicator Lucía Sapena. The opening will be conducted by Felipa Mersán, a specialist in personal and professional transformation, with the talk “Winning Mindset: Habits and Attitudes to Overcome Limits and Boost Personal and Professional Growth.” Following that, filmmaker and director Tana Schémbori will address crisis resolution, decision-making, and resilience in highly competitive sectors, sharing management and leadership experiences.
The summit will also feature a conversation panel including Blanca Ceuppens, President of Granja Avícola La Blanca; Lizzie Kennedy, Country Manager of Nestlé Paraguay; Carolina Riveros, CEO of Tupi S.A.; and Silvana Rivarola, communicator, coach, and marathon runner. The participants will share professional trajectories, personal challenges, and leadership in high-demand environments.
The well-being segment will be led by nutritionist Diego López, known as “Nutri Diego,” who will address functional nutrition and tools to maintain high performance without neglecting physical and emotional health. In addition to the presentations, the meeting will offer networking spaces for exchanging experiences and building professional ties.
“Mujer 360° seeks to go beyond a traditional lecture. We want to create a space where participants can hear authentic experiences, build bonds, and take away tools applicable to their own professional and personal challenges,” added Méndez. The closing will feature entertainment by comedians Gustavo Corvalán and Daniel Vuyk, who will propose an interactive and relaxed experience.
Participation is free, with limited spots and prior registration required at www.uip.org.py.
