Fiat, represented in Paraguay by Grupo Garden, began construction on Tuesday, June 9, of its new world-class corporate headquarters in Asunción. The project, which involves an investment of 30 million dollars, was launched in a groundbreaking ceremony attended by directors from Grupo Garden and Stellantis Andina & Central America, the holding company to which the Italian brand belongs.
The building will be erected at the intersection of República Argentina and Guido Boggiani avenues in the Paraguayan capital. It will have 45,700 m² of built area, stand 50 meters tall, and feature 13 floors, developed according to the company’s highest international standards. The project will replicate the "Nuova Dolce Vita" concept, already present in the main markets where Fiat operates.
The infrastructure is designed to offer a comprehensive customer experience, with state-of-the-art technologies, spacious display areas, personalized service spaces, a workshop with 90 service bays, spare parts warehouses, and parking for 430 vehicles.
For Grupo Garden, this is the largest investment made to date and reaffirms its commitment to the national automotive sector, driving new opportunities for growth, job creation, and innovation. The company highlighted that Fiat currently ranks as Stellantis’ number one brand both globally and regionally, backed by more than a century of history and design in mobility.
In Paraguay, the brand is experiencing one of the most significant moments in its history. Driven by the strengthening of its portfolio, the expansion of its commercial network, and consumer preference, Fiat already holds fifth place in sales in the country, with prospects to continue growing in the coming years.
