The collection highlights names such as Juana María de Lara, a heroine of Independence; writer Augusto Roa Bastos, winner of the Cervantes Prize; the controversial Elisa Lynch, companion of Francisco Solano López; and legendary footballer Arsenio Erico. According to Chamorro, the goal is to offer an account that connects the struggles and passions of these characters to an understanding of the country today.

The material will be delivered for free with the purchase of a copy of the newspaper Última Hora, available at newsstands and distributors throughout Paraguayan territory. The first edition includes the initial fascicle and a folder to organize the complete series.
