Petra Group, one of Paraguay's leading real estate companies, announced on Friday that it reached a friendly agreement to definitively end the process involving the controversial Petra Signature development. The company's president, Carlos Guasti, stated that the understanding was achieved through dialogue and the willingness to find common ground between the parties.
Guasti emphasized that, after analyzing the circumstances of the process, the group chose to build bridges and strengthen ties. "As Paraguayans, we believe that the best approach is always to bet on dialogue," he declared. As part of the agreement, both parties apologized for any statements made during the conflict that might have been considered offensive.
The Petra Signature project, which had generated controversies and differences among those involved, will not continue its development as originally conceived and no longer forms part of the company's portfolio of developments. Petra Group assured that it fulfilled all its responsibilities to clients, suppliers, and strategic partners linked to the project, including the full refund of invested amounts.
The president of Petra Group reaffirmed the company's commitment to remain focused on developing new projects and generating employment and opportunities in Paraguay. "Our goal continues to be contributing to the growth of the real estate sector and the progress of Asunción and the country," Guasti concluded.
