The National Secretariat for the Administration of Seized and Commissioned Assets (Senabico) will hold a new public auction next Thursday, July 9. The event will take place starting at 9:30 a.m. at the CEMINA venue, on Punta Brava Street at Madame Lynch Avenue in Asunción.

Urban and rural properties will be auctioned, along with family and utility vehicles, all originating from judicial proceedings linked to organized crime and drug trafficking. Highlights include a residence in the Department of Identifications area, with a base price of G. 3 billion, and a property in the Mburicaó neighborhood, near Mburuvicha Róga, valued from G. 390 million.

In the rural area, a set of four agricultural properties near Cerro Memby in Yby Yaú is for sale with a minimum bid of G. 573.6 million. Funds raised in the auction will be distributed according to Law No. 5,876/17. Half will be allocated to projects for the rehabilitation of drug addicts and money laundering prevention programs. Thirty percent will be divided among the Judiciary, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the National Police, and the National Anti-Drug Secretariat (SENAD) to reinforce their operations. The remaining 20% will finance Senabico's operational costs.
