Carmen del Paraná moves forward with child development center for ages 0–3

The Ministry of Childhood and Adolescence has authorized the opening of a tender to build a Child Development Space in Carmen del Paraná, focused on comprehensive care for children up to 3 years old.

The Municipality of Carmen del Paraná announced an important step for early childhood in the district. The Ministry of Childhood and Adolescence (MINNA) issued Resolution MINNA No. 440/2026, which authorizes the start of the call for bids to build a Child Development Space.

The project will serve children aged 0 to 3, offering facilities designed for early stimulation, initial education, and comprehensive support. The initiative seeks to strengthen child protection policies and support families in the community.

Local authorities stressed that the MINNA authorization is a milestone for making the project a reality, considered a strategic social investment for the district. The future space will have suitable areas to promote growth, learning, and well-being in the first years of life.
