The Che Róga Porã housing program has launched its 3.0 version with a series of improvements aimed at expanding access to homeownership for more Paraguayan families. The new conditions, benefits, and financing modalities are now available through the official digital platform.

Nearly two years after its launch, the project promoted by the Government of Paraguay incorporates significant changes, including increased credit amounts, an expanded pool of beneficiaries, and broader geographic coverage for financing.

One of the main innovations is the creation of a new segment aimed at families earning between six and nine minimum wages, broadening the program's reach, which previously covered only those earning up to six minimum wages.

Maximum financing amounts have been adjusted. For projects located outside Asunción, credit can reach up to Gs. 652 million, with an interest rate of 9.9% and repayment terms between 20 and 30 years.

Meanwhile, financing for housing in Asunción, which now also extends to the entire Central department and Presidente Hayes, increases to up to Gs. 792 million, maintaining the same preferential rate.

The new phase also incorporates Prodesi, a tool designed to strengthen the housing supply through partnerships with real estate developers, seeking to generate more options for future beneficiaries.

The Ministry of Urbanism, Housing and Habitat (MUVH) emphasized that the entire application process continues to be carried out entirely digitally, allowing interested parties to manage their requests from anywhere in the country. The platform also centralizes information on available projects, requirements, and process tracking, with the goal of providing greater transparency and streamlining access to the program.
