Expo Paraguay ARP 2026 opens its gates on July 11 with expectations of surpassing 800,000 visitors

The Expo Paraguay ARP 2026 and the 80th National Livestock Exhibition will be held from July 11 to 26, with expectations of surpassing 800,000 visitors, bringing together around 200 companies, competitions featuring various breeds and species, job fairs, networking spaces, and musical performances on the three Saturdays of the event.

The Paraguayan Rural Association (ARP) and the Expo Consortium officially presented this Wednesday the Expo Paraguay ARP 2026 and the 80th National Livestock Exhibition, which open their gates on July 11 and run through July 26, under the motto "What moves the country."

Silvio Vargas, president of the Executive Board of the Expo Paraguay Consortium, stated that the expectation is to surpass the mark of more than 800,000 visitors recorded in last year's edition. According to him, in 2025 one in every ten Paraguayans attended the event, which makes the fair something that goes beyond a mere attendance statistic.

"Expo PY is not a sectoral fair; it is the most complete showcase of an entire country. Here, industry, agribusiness, services, commerce, and even a young person's first job all coexist. The Expo holds crowds, and we have the privilege of showing it," Vargas highlighted.

The fair will feature around 200 companies already confirmed, a number expected to grow before the event begins. The program includes the 80th National Livestock Exhibition, with competitions showcasing specimens of various breeds and species, as well as job fairs, networking spaces, and musical performances on the three Saturdays of the schedule.

On July 11, at the Central Ring (Ruedo Central), Néstor en Bloque and Marilina will perform. On the 18th, Wisin, Kchiporros, and DJ Amílcar will take the stage. On the 25th, the musical lineup features Ke Personajes, Talento de Barrio, and DJ Cami.

This will be the second edition organized entirely by the rural association after the termination of the contract with the Paraguayan Industrial Union (UIP). Vargas acknowledged that the decision generated uncertainty, but stated that the organization is already a consolidated reality. "We are more firmly convinced that it will continue to be a success, with the possibility of improving year after year," he said.

Admission to the fair costs G. 25,000, and children under 12 get in free.
