The Asociación Rural del Paraguay (ARP) and the Consorcio Expo officially launched Expo Paraguay ARP 2026, which will be held from July 11 to 26 at the Rural fairgrounds in Asunción. The launch ceremony took place at the Salón Germán Ruiz Aveiro, where organizers unveiled the full schedule, headline acts, and new features of what is considered one of the country's largest economic and cultural showcases.
The fair will feature around 200 exhibiting companies and a broad agenda focused on business generation, employment opportunities, and the promotion of national production. The organization expects to surpass the attendance levels of previous editions. The last edition drew a number of visitors equivalent to one in every ten Paraguayans.
The program combines productive, gastronomic, and artistic activities. On July 12, the Expo Asador will take place, while Expo Empleo, aimed at young job seekers, is scheduled for July 16 at the Salón Germán Ruiz. The Gala Networking event closes the agenda on July 26, with the presence of special guests. The official inauguration ceremony will be held on July 20 at 5 p.m. at the Ruedo Central.
Livestock genetics remains one of the showcase's historic pillars, with more than 2,700 head of cattle on display. Johanna Botrell, coordinator of the Central Exhibition Commission, highlighted the technical work and investment by producers to participate in the livestock competitions.
The artistic lineup features acts such as Néstor en Bloque and Marilina on July 11; Wisin, Kchiporros, and DJ Amílcar on July 18; and Ke Personajes, Talento de Barrio, and DJ Cami on July 25. The event will also include a Fan Fest for the FIFA World Cup final, the traditional Exhibitor Company Costume Parade, a motocross show, and the Miss Expo pageant.
Daniel Prieto, president of the ARP, emphasized the role of workers and producers in the country's economic development. "Behind every achievement seen at this Expo, there are thousands of Paraguayans who every day choose to bet on work and the future," he said.
Expo Paraguay ARP 2026 has Coca-Cola as its official soft drink, ueno Bank as its official bank, and Pilsen as its official beer. General admission tickets will cost G. 25,000, and children up to 12 years old will have free entry.
