Users of 39 public transport lines in Asunción and the metropolitan area can now transfer free of charge to the new electric buses on lines E1, E2, and E3, within a window of up to 120 minutes from the validation of the first trip. The benefit allows up to two connections at no additional cost and includes combinations among the three electromobility lines themselves.

The fare integration scheme covers 26 licensed companies, including Automotores Guaraní (lines 15 and 47), Capiatá S.R.L (lines 53, 58, and 128), La Sanlorenzana (lines 45, 50, and 56), Grupo Bene (lines 11 and 203), La Limpeña (lines 20, 49, and 220), and TTL S.A (lines 23, 24, and 33), as well as companies such as Aldana S.A, De la Conquista, Ñandutí, Vanguardia, Ciudad de Limpio, Ciudad de Luque, Cerro Koi, General Aquino, Mariscal López, Puerto Falcón, San José Obrero, GMT and T, 1° de Diciembre, 16 de Noviembre, 3 de Febrero, Asociación de Usuarios, Ciudad de Villeta, El Bus, La Chaqueña, and La Lomita.

The system operates through automatic validations that recognize the passenger's trip history and apply the fare benefit immediately. The electric buses are operated by Consorcio Arapoti.

The measure is part of the Plan de Integración y Transbordo Universal, implemented in December 2025 by the Viceministerio de Transporte, linked to the Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Comunicaciones (MOPC). According to data from the ministry, since the plan's launch, users have saved G. 2.735 million through 883,445 transfers made through May, a month that recorded 193,338 validations.

The initiative is part of the Paraguayan government's strategy to modernize public transport in the metropolitan area, expanding connectivity and promoting a more accessible and sustainable service.
