Joshua Duerksen won the Formula 2 sprint race at Monza, the championship’s 10th round, after starting seventh because of penalties for Nikola Tsolov and Noel León, passing Alex Dunne, Martinius Stenshorne, Ritomo Miyata, Oliver Goethe and Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak — going off track twice before legally completing the pass on the last of them — and taking the lead on lap nine of 21, while Rafael Câmara will start Sunday’s main race from pole at 4:45 a.m., with coverage on Disney+.
