Paraguay's Ministry of Childhood and Adolescence presented the short film "El precio del pasaje" in Madrid, funded by AECID, as part of a campaign to prevent trafficking of children and adolescents. Minister Walter Gutiérrez highlighted the national priority of the issue and the need for international coordination.

The National Institute of Paraguayan Audiovisual (INAP) has launched the sixth edition of the Competitive Funds for Film and Audiovisual Development, with a total budget of G. 3,906 million. Up to seven projects will be selected, including feature films, documentaries, series, and co-productions. Applications are open until June 26, 2026.
