Asunción Municipality approved the updated plans for the future Osvaldo Domínguez Dibb stadium, a decisive step for Club Olimpia's project to advance to the execution phase.

The municipal approval allows the club to proceed with its established schedule, which foresees the new stadium opening in the second half of 2029. The project will require an investment of approximately US$ 80 million.

The stadium, named for Olimpia's most successful former president, Osvaldo Domínguez Dibb, will have capacity for about 46,000 spectators and will be built to international FIFA standards.

With the plans approved, Olimpia has cleared an administrative and technical step needed to build its new home and expand Asunción's sports infrastructure.
