Patients report that for over a month, the Regional Hospital of Caacupé and health units in the Cabañas and Daniel Escurra districts have been without amlodipine and enalapril, essential medications for controlling high blood pressure. Sixty women deprived of liberty were transferred from the Concepción Regional Penitentiary to the Prison Complex for Women Deprived of Liberty (Comple), in Emboscada, Cordillera department, as part of Operation Umbral 2.5.
