Paraguay's National Directorate of Public Procurement (DNCP) has initiated an administrative inquiry into the Qatari firm Doha Holding Group LLC and several of its representatives following the rescission of a multi-million dollar gasoil supply contract with Petróleos Paraguayos (Petropar). The firm failed to deliver any fuel despite multiple extensions, leading Petropar to terminate the agreement and execute a performance bond.
