Paraguay's Deputy Minister of Trade, Alberto Sborovsky, highlighted the dynamism of the contact center sector and its fundamental contribution to generating formal job opportunities for young people. He emphasized that the sector, which represents about 48% of Paraguay's GDP in services, is not only growing strongly but is also a crucial entry point for many who join the workforce each year.
Raquel Dentice, president of the Paraguayan Association of Contact Centers & BPO (APCC), reinforced that the country is already exporting global services to different nations, not only in Latin America but also to other continents. She stressed that the sector focuses on generating skilled employment and strengthening Paraguayan talent, with the vision of consolidating Paraguay as a service export hub.
In this context, the 16th edition of the Customer Experience & Innovation Congress was launched, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MIC) together with the APCC. The event will take place on September 7 and 8 at the Paseo La Galería Event Center in Asunción, under the slogan "The New Human Edge".
The congress will bring together national and international experts to debate topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, leadership, global services, and emerging technologies applied to customer experience. The program includes keynote conferences, presentations of success stories, a technology solutions fair, and the presentation of the CX Innovation Awards, which recognize the best practices in the sector.
The organizers say the event aims to establish itself as a reference space for knowledge exchange, business opportunity generation, and positioning Paraguay as a destination for service investments.
